What is VOYA?
VOYA is a smart travel planning app that helps you generate and organize personalized itineraries.
How do I generate a trip?
From the Home or Explore screens, start a new trip, select your preferences, and VOYA will generate a tailored plan.
How can I invite friends to my trip?
Open your trip and use the People section to invite friends by username or email.
How do I manage my subscription?
Go to Settings > Subscription to view and manage your plan.
Can I edit the AI-generated itinerary?
Yes. You can add, remove, reorder, and customize activities and days.
What’s included in VOYA Premium?
More daily activities, richer recommendations, priority features, and enhanced export/share options.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are managed through your platform’s store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled there.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime in your device’s subscriptions page on the App Store or Google Play. Access remains until the current period ends.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play per their policies.
How is my data used?
We use your data to provide and improve VOYA. See our Privacy Policy in the app’s Legal section.
Can I export my trip to my calendar?
Yes. Use “Add to Calendar” from the trip to export events.
Does VOYA work offline?
Some features require connectivity (generation, map search). You can still view previously loaded content when offline.
Why are my search results not relevant to my destination?
Ensure the trip location is correct. VOYA biases search to your trip’s coordinates for better local results.
How do I change language or region settings?
Go to Settings > Language & Region.
I’m not getting notifications
Check Settings > Notifications and your device’s system settings to enable VOYA notifications.
Which devices are supported?
VOYA supports iOS and Android devices that can install the latest app version from the App Store or Google Play.
