- AI trip generation and enrichment of activities and places
- Saving and managing trips, days, and activities
- Chat features for messaging and trip collaboration
- Place search and details powered by third-party APIs (e.g., Google Places API)
- Notifications about trip activity and invitations
- Optional subscription for premium features via Apple App Store or Google Play Billing (processed via RevenueCat)
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are between 13 and the age of majority, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
4. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Provide accurate, complete information (e.g., name, email, username).
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or harvest data from the App.
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or violates others’ rights.
- Abuse invitations, spam users, or attempt unauthorized access.
6. User Content and Licenses
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., messages, trip information, profile data). You grant VOYA a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your content solely to operate and improve the App.
7. AI‑Generated Content
The App uses third‑party AI providers to generate trip ideas and activity suggestions. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your judgment and verify details. VOYA is not liable for decisions made based on AI content.
8. Third‑Party Services
We integrate with third parties to power key features:
- Supabase (authentication, database, storage, realtime)
- Google Places API (place search, details, coordinates)
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (notifications)
- RevenueCat (Apple App Store / Google Play Billing) (subscriptions and in‑app purchases)
- AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini) for trip generation
Your use of these features may be subject to the third parties’ terms and policies.
9. Subscriptions, Trials, Billing, and Refunds
- Premium features may be offered via auto‑renewing subscriptions managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Billing, as applicable.
- Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
- Refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play according to their respective policies.
10. Notifications
We may send push notifications related to your account, trips, invitations, or product updates. You can control notifications in system settings or in‑app settings.
11. Safety and Prohibited Activities
- Always comply with local laws and safety rules while traveling.
- VOYA does not provide travel insurance, bookings, or emergency services.
12. Termination
- You may stop using the App at any time and can delete your account in Settings.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect users and the service.
13. Disclaimers
- The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
- We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
- We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOYA and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VOYA from claims arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
16. Changes to the Service and Terms
